• Shipping Info:
  Standard : In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
  
• Shipping and Handling charges subject to change without notice.
  
• Weekends and U.S. holidays will delay delivery.
  
• All orders must be paid in U.S. funds by money order or by credit card. International orders must pay by wire transfer.
  

• Satisfaction Guarantee
  Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be 100% happy with all your purchases from us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it, with its original packaging, for a full refund.
  

• Back-orders or Delays
  We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and back-ordered items will be canceled. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you will only pay a portion of the total shipping and handling charge. The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your back-ordered merchandise is sent.

• Exchanges / Returns Policy
  We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of the purchase.

•  To Return an Item to Us
  Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to:

• We will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an on-line gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. Gift returns will be issued an on-line gift certificate. Look for your refund, issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns

• Exchanges
  If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
  
• Returns
  If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
  
• Incorrect Orders
  If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
